Foundational Path

The Foundational Path is ideal if you’re looking for clarity, direction, and practical next steps — but feel comfortable implementing changes on your own.
This path is designed for those who want a strategic plan without ongoing coaching or lab testing. Optional follow-up sessions are available if you’d like extra guidance as you move forward.
If you later decide you’d like deeper insight or more structured support, additional paths are available to meet you there.
I believe symptoms are not random — they are the body’s way of communicating.

This experience includes two sessions — one for deep discovery and one for clear direction.
Preliminary Welcome Call
Before any session begins, you’ll have a brief welcome call with me. This call is designed to:
Explain the process for your chosen path
Review what to expect during your sessions
Answer any questions you may have
Go over intake forms, logs, or tests that will be sent out
This call ensures you feel prepared, informed, and confident as you begin your wellness journey. It’s a chance to clarify the process, set expectations, and start building a supportive partnership — so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
Session One: The Deep Dive
This is where your wellness journey truly begins. I’ll take the time to get to know you — your symptoms, health history, current diet, daily routines, emotional well-being, and specific goals. Using your completed intake forms and food log as a guide, we’ll explore the deeper roots of what may be happening in your body rather than just focusing on surface symptoms.
You’ll have space to share your story and feel truly heard. This appointment is not rushed. Together, we begin connecting the dots and identifying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance, low energy, digestive concerns, hormone shifts, or other health challenges.
Between Sessions
After our initial consultation, I carefully review everything we discussed and design a fully personalized Nutrition and Lifestyle Protocol tailored specifically to you.
Session Two: Your Personalized Plan
In our follow-up session, we’ll walk through your customized protocol in detail so you feel clear, confident, and supported in implementing it. Your plan may include:
Daily routines and lifestyle guidance
Nutrition recommendations and simple meal ideas
Supplement and herbal support suggestions (if appropriate)
Gentle detoxification or drainage support
Stress, sleep, and nervous system strategies
This two-step process ensures your plan is thoughtful, individualized, and realistic — not generic or rushed.
The Foundational Path is ideal if you want clear, actionable guidance with light-touch support, without committing to ongoing coaching.
Follow-Up Sessions
$55 | 30 minutes
As you begin implementing your personalized plan, you may find it helpful to have continued space for reflection and refinement, Follow up calls offer space to reflect on your progress, celebrate what’s working, and navigate any challenges that may arise.
Together, we’ll review how your body is responding to your plan, make thoughtful adjustments if needed, and continue to build on your progress with fresh ideas and inspiration. These sessions may include new recipes, seasonal recommendations, stress management tools, or additional lifestyle and supplement suggestions based on how you’re feeling.
Most importantly, this is your time to feel supported, ask questions, and receive compassionate guidance as you continue moving toward your goals. You don’t have to do it alone—these sessions are here to keep you connected, empowered, and on track.
