I offer support paths so you can choose the level of guidance that fits where you are in your wellness journey. Some clients want clarity and a personalized plan, while others prefer ongoing support and accountability as they make changes. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach — just the right path for you.
Foundational Path
Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation + Personalized Protocol
$209
This path is perfect if you’re looking for insight, direction, and a clear plan to move forward.
We’ll review your health history, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, and stress patterns. From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol tailored to your body and goals. You’ll leave with clarity and practical next steps you can begin implementing right away.
Optional follow-up sessions are available if you’d like extra guidance as you move forward.
Insight Path
Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation + HTMA Interpretation
$367
The Insight Path builds on the Foundational Path, adding Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) for deeper insight.
HTMA helps us understand your mineral patterns and how they relate to stress, metabolism, digestion, and energy. You’ll receive a full interpretation along with personalized recommendations, giving you targeted, actionable guidance.
This path is ideal if you want deeper insight without committing to ongoing coaching. Follow-up sessions and meal planning are optional add-ons if you’d like extra support.
Guided Path
1:1 Coaching (6 Weeks)
$520 or two payments of $260
The Guided Path is designed for clients who want hands-on support and accountability as they implement changes.
It includes everything from the Foundational and Insight Paths, plus weekly 30-minute 1:1 check-ins for six weeks. These sessions allow us to track progress, make adjustments, and provide ongoing guidance as your body responds.
Meal planning support is available at 50% off during this program.
Comprehensive Path
1:1 Coaching (12 Weeks)
$1,045 or two payments of $523
This is the highest level of support for clients who want consistent guidance over a longer period of time.
It includes everything from the Foundational, Insight, and Guided Paths, plus weekly 30-minute 1:1 check-ins for twelve weeks. You’ll also receive four weeks of included meal planning, giving structure and ease as you build sustainable habits.

Foundational Path- Comprehensive Consultation & Personalized Protocol
$209 | 90 minutes
This in-depth session is where your wellness journey truly begins.
I’ll take the time to get to know you—your symptoms, health history, current diet, daily routines, emotional well-being, and any specific concerns or goals you have. Using your completed intake forms and food log as a guide, we’ll explore the deeper roots of what may be happening in your body, rather than just focusing on surface symptoms.
You’ll have space to share your story and feel truly heard. This appointment is not rushed. Together, we’ll begin connecting the dots and identifying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance, low energy, digestive concerns, hormone shifts, or other health challenges.
Following your session, you’ll receive a fully personalized Nutritional and Lifestyle Protocol, which may include:
Daily routines and lifestyle guidance
Nutrition recommendations and simple meal ideas
Supplement and herbal support suggestions (if appropriate)
Gentle detoxification or drainage support
Stress, sleep, and nervous system support strategies
This path is designed to be realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life—so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. The foundational path is ideal if you want light- touch support without committing to ongoing coaching.
Follow-Up Sessions
$55 | 30 minutes
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—and it doesn't happen overnight. These check-in sessions are here to support you along the way, offering space to reflect on your progress, celebrate what’s working, and navigate any challenges that may arise.
Together, we’ll review how your body is responding to your plan, make thoughtful adjustments if needed, and continue to build on your progress with fresh ideas and inspiration. These sessions may include new recipes, seasonal recommendations, stress management tools, or additional lifestyle and supplement suggestions based on how you’re feeling.
Most importantly, this is your time to feel supported, ask questions, and receive compassionate guidance as you continue moving toward your goals. You don’t have to do it alone—these sessions are here to keep you connected, empowered, and on track.
