Consultation and Assessment
$150 | 90 minutes
This in-depth session is where your wellness journey truly begins. Kathi will spend time getting to know you—your symptoms, health history, current diet, daily routines, emotional well-being, and any specific concerns or goals you have. Using your completed intake forms and food log as a guide, you’ll explore the deeper roots of your health challenges, rather than just focusing on surface symptoms.
You’ll have space to share your story and feel heard—this appointment is not rushed. Together, we’ll begin connecting the dots and identifying patterns that may be contributing to imbalance in your body. This foundational session sets the stage for personalized support that is realistic, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs.
Please note: A follow-up session is required to receive your customized Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan.
Nutritional and Lifestyle Plan
$95 | 45 minutes
During this focused follow-up, you’ll receive a fully personalized plan designed to support your body’s natural healing process. This may include a daily routine, thoughtful meal plans with simple, nourishing recipes, and gentle treatment strategies such as supplements, herbal support, detoxification guidance, or lifestyle shifts.
We’ll walk through the plan together step-by-step, ensuring everything feels clear, doable, and aligned with your lifestyle. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and make adjustments based on your preferences or needs. Whether you’re brand new to holistic health or already on your path, the plan is designed to meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.
You will leave with a realistic, supportive, attainable and sustainable plan to move forward — one that empowers you to take meaningful steps toward better health.
Follow-Up Sessions
$75 | 30 minutes
Healing is not a one-size-fits-all process—and it doesn't happen overnight. These check-in sessions are here to support you along the way, offering space to reflect on your progress, celebrate what’s working, and navigate any challenges that may arise.
Together, we’ll review how your body is responding to your plan, make thoughtful adjustments if needed, and continue to build on your progress with fresh ideas and inspiration. These sessions may include new recipes, seasonal recommendations, stress management tools, or additional lifestyle and supplement suggestions based on how you’re feeling.
Most importantly, this is your time to feel supported, ask questions, and receive compassionate guidance as you continue moving toward your goals. You don’t have to do it alone—these sessions are here to keep you connected, empowered, and on track.
