HTMA is a non-invasive test that analyzes your hair to reveal mineral imbalances and heavy metal levels, giving insight into metabolism, stress, thyroid, and overall wellness.
Why minerals matter
Minerals are the spark plugs of the body. They regulate energy production, adrenal and thyroid activity, nervous system balance, blood sugar stability, detoxification pathways, and more. When mineral patterns shift out of balance, symptoms often follow, even if standard lab work appears “normal.”
HTMA does not diagnose disease. Instead, it reveals patterns. It shows us:

Insight Path
Nutrition & Lifestyle Consultation + HTMA Interpretation

The Insight Path is designed for clients who want the clarity and actionable guidance of the Foundational Path, plus deeper insight through Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA).

Before any session begins, you’ll have a brief welcome call with me. This call is designed to:
Explain the process for your chosen path
Review what to expect during your sessions
Answer any questions you may have
Go over intake forms, logs, or tests that will be sent out
This call ensures you feel prepared, informed, and confident as you begin your wellness journey. It’s a chance to clarify the process, set expectations, and start building a supportive partnership — so you know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

We’ll dive into your history, daily routines, nutrition, and symptoms, using your intake forms and food logs as a guide. You’ll have space to share your story and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll begin connecting the dots and identifying patterns that may be contributing to fatigue, digestion issues, stress responses, hormone shifts, or other health challenges.

After your first session, we’ll administer your HTMA test. While your sample is being processed (which can take up to two weeks), I’ll start putting the pieces together using the information from your initial session. This ensures your plan is thoughtfully prepared and tailored to your unique needs.

Once your HTMA results are ready, we’ll meet to review your fully personalized protocol. This plan integrates insights from your first session with your HTMA results, providing targeted, actionable guidance. Your plan may include:
Daily routines and lifestyle guidance
Nutrition recommendations and simple meal ideas
Supplement and herbal support suggestions (if appropriate)
Stress, sleep, and nervous system strategies
Targeted approaches to support metabolism, digestion, and hormone balance
Guided Path
$549 or 2 payments of $275 | 1:1 Coaching (6 Weeks)
The Guided Path is designed for clients who want hands-on support and accountability as they implement changes.
It includes everything from the Insight Path, plus weekly 30-minute 1:1 check-ins for six weeks. These sessions allow us to track progress, make adjustments, and provide ongoing guidance as your body responds. You’ll also receive 4 weeks of included meal plans, tailored to your specific goals.
Comprehensive Plan
$849 or 2 payments of $425 | 1:1 Coaching (12 Weeks)
This is the highest level of support for clients who want consistent guidance over a longer period of time.
It includes everything from the Foundational, Insight, and Guided Paths, plus weekly 30-minute 1:1 check-ins for twelve weeks, adding structure and ease as you build sustainable habits.
